My key area of expertise lies in successfully driving change management projects; in particular in delivering the flexible and creative L&D and HR support needed to achieve organizational change and growth. My background in operational line management gives me credibility with operational clients and ensures that management support is practical and grounded.
I also bring a strong skill set in innovative L&D & HR practices (particularly bite-size learning and IT-enabled learning). I have a global mindset, having driven projects across 18 European countries, and collaborated on policy-setting across the Americas and Asia.
I am currently looking for my next role; challenging work that requires me to take the initiative to build relationships, deliver fast, and provide hard results in a forward-looking business. I am fully mobile.

Heading up European Front Office L&D
I was brought in to skill up the Nordic training team and deliver critical L&D during a massive restructuring.
Based on the Nordic success, I was asked to step up and take charge of L&D across 18 European countries. The objective was to create an integrated European training organisation which would ultimately become fully global.
