Learning Development

One of the key aspects of training is how to gather and use feedback. It is one of the core elements in improving a training session, but also in increasing the status of learning  & development overall within a company.

When we communicate the results from training, we are telling a story. So it is very much a question about telling the right story.

 

For the MeetUp Group: eLearning Oslo, I created this presentation on that topic feedback, ranging from different kinds, to build upon it and how to communicate training results in a good way.
